B11 The Vitiligo Diet 2-2


Breakfast
Drink this coffee ( Arabic coffee, Nigella sativa., and ginger) leave it to boil for 7 minutes.
-For breakfast you can have olive oil, thyme, and honey or sliced cheese with sea salt, oregano, and a loaf of bread .You can also have free range eggs or some lentil or broad bean ( vicia faba ) diluted with water with home-made chili paste or mustard.
(try to make the meal of one food group)
Lunch
The Diet Soup:
2 medium size red onions-
1large spoon of turmeric-
2 spoons of Jereesh ( cracked wheat)-
1large spoon of butter or ghee-
wild thyme (ground oregano)-
seasoning:
(fresh ginger , cumin, fennel, cinnamon, green cardamon, cloves, laurus nobilis, coriander, sea salt )
Directions:
put the butter and finely chopped onions in a large pot on medium heat ..add water and cracked wheat. add the turmeric and seasoning. Let it cook for an hour and a half. Finely, sprinkle the oregano before serving
Tip; you can reduce the cooking time by putting the cracked wheat in hot water earlier.




Salad ingredients:
A large quantity of white onion and parsley.
Salad Dressing:
one and a half tablespoon of olive oil, one table spoon of sea salt, and a tablespoon of wild thyme (oregano)
-You can choose of rice, pasta, flour, jowar (sorghum vulgare), cooked vegetables such as pumpkin, zucchini, carrots, Corchorus., and cauliflower . You can also have lamb and camel meat, but you should cut back on chicken and starches.
Dinner:
For dinner you can have anything mentioned in breakfast or lunch
): Beverages (once a day and in moderation
Cold beverages should be moderate cold-
Drink Arabic coffee made with cloves or with green cardamon once or twice a day-
Origanum with ginger or sweetened with honey-
Boil cumin seeds in a cup of water and soak oregano with it and drink.-
Red grape juice , natural berry juice( only on empty stomach)-


Desserts ( once a day in small portions):
. Nuts salted with sea salt-
(.made of natural ghee and little sugar ( stevia sugar Sham desserts-
.You can have desserts made of coconut ( Basboosah ) with stevia sugar and ghee-
You can have home-made chocolate bars made of ghee or butter, cocoa butter, and nuts.



Foods to avoid while on the diet:
- -Eat less packaged pastries made with yeast, and flavorings. Instead, you can make home- made variety with organic sugar as needed with little yeast and without flavorings
( have them in moderation )
Avoid porridge and thick foods like potato and eggplant-
- -Avoid black, white, and bell pepper. Only red or green hot pepper is allowed or a chili paste made of apple cider vinegar for they aid the stomach functions without affecting the liver.
-Eat less of acidic foods mainly lemon , sauce, Maggi, sumac, apple cider vinegar, manufactured vinegar, olives, and Pickles.
. Red tea, green tea, Turkish coffee, and instant coffee -
Avoid Refined white sugar, fruit sugar -
(Fructose)and manufactured sweeteners ( spartum) found in soft drinks and some chewing gums.
Avoid all sugars but natural honey and products made with organic sugar-
(Fried foods ( Pringles potato chips, French fries -
( Hydrogenated oils in cooking ( fast foods-
Avoid using the microwave, and don't eat anything heated or cooked in it-
( Milk, yogurt, and aging or ripening cheese ( like the yellow Kraft-
Avoid foods that produce/ accumulate liquids in the body;( tomato, lettuce- Portulaca, oleracea , pears, apples, guava, mango , strawberry, Cantaloupe, watermelon, cucumber)

-Have…
Lentils, broad beans ( Vicia faba) ,and chickpeas in moderation-
Avoid fish and eat little chicken.-
-Avoid citrus fruits. Instead you can have bananas, figs, grapes, berries, and cherries
-Avoid walking bare foot on cold floor (especially soft tender feet even if they were warm)
-Avoid being directly under the air conditioner. The temperature should be at 27 degrees C
Fourth : The treatment InshaAllah.
A: internal treatment
In the blinder put one and a half large spoon of honey with one whole lime with the peel, remove the seeds, and blind. Add warm water and drink before going to bed and upon raising for 90 days. Improvements will start to appear after 3 weeks Insha'Allah

B: external treatment
--The patient must perspire in the sauna for about 10 to 15 minutes according to his weight.. the more he weighs the longer he should stay in the sauna .He should also drink warm water while in the sauna and afterwards. He should have the sauna after two hours of having the diet's soup.
-After the sauna, it is advised that the patient run for 10 minutes or use the jumping rope instead.
Have the sauna twice a weak until cured.-
-When using this diet, signs of detoxing will appear in the form of headaches, pimples, bitterness in the mouth and black substances with stools..
-perspiration must come out of all body parts especially the parts affected with vitiligo..After the sauna the patient must avoid air currents to prevent negative results.
The patient should use a paste on the affected skin-
( (apple cider vinegar+ Nigella sativa
The paste is prepared this way:
3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar heated on low fire ( caution must be taken not to boil it to prevent it from spoiling)
after heating it take it off the oven and add 1 tablespoon of ground
Nigella sativa
( Have it ground at the same time to keep it's benefits )
stir until mixed and then refrigerate in an air-tight glass or ceramic container .use it twice a day .Get rid of it at the end of the day and make a new one the next day because the mixture oxidize after 24 hours which lessen it's efficiency and prolong the course of treatment.
